BATTERY OF DOOM

I still dont get my new battery.. after an entire year of waiting for it.. it wont work
no matter what i do, i had uninstalled the device and installed it already now, and sometimes it says charging and i can see it charges, so when ever i unplug it to use it with the remaining battery Exp: 20% in a couple of seconds after unplugging it, it turns off, when i try to turn it on, i have to plug in back because the battery orange light blinks, hint it is out of battery, but after i turn it on again, i can unplug it, and it will live for many many minutes with just ''0% remaining''

DO I OWN A HAUNTED BATTERY
THIS IS THE LAST TIME I BUY SOMETHING FROM THE INTERNET

This is a really pain in the ass and huge let down, i am taking it to some computer workers tomorrow, i hope this can be fixed, i am tired of having to keep my laptop living with only a charger and not being able to carry it around.
